A Health and Care worker visa allows medical professionals, such as doctors, nurses, carers, dentists, technicians, therapists, etc, to come and stay in the UK. It is a cheaper, quicker and easier way for healthcare professionals from anywhere in the world to work in the UK, and if needed, they can bring their dependents to the UK with them.
UK NHS has been the employer for many thousands of health professionals since its inception in 1948. It has helped a huge number of doctors, nurses, midwives and allied health professionals from all over the world fulfil their dream and call UK their home. Brexit has severely and negatively impacted European doctors, with so many medical staff leaving the UK. The NHS relies heavily on foreign workers to make up for the shortfall. Our vision is to support the National Health Service through its staffing crisis, by providing skilled and reliable foreign healthcare professionals.
